11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 fc777's Right to Suspend

fc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fc777 reasonably believes that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activity;
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed;
• Account activity triggers AML reporting obligations;
• The user has provided false information during registration or verification.

11.2 Balances on Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the user's PKR balance will be held in escrow. If a breach is confirmed, fc777 may withhold all or part of the balance consistent with the nature of the breach and applicable legal obligations.
